Here it is October, but the the Market in Toronto Condos is still going strong..In fact I attended a few New home previews this weekend and was amazed..they all sold out and prices increased a lot the following day.
There is a very big demand in this Toronto Real Estate Market that surprises even me..
I always say the time to buy was yesterday and this weekends New Home sales proved it by thousands of dollars!!

According to the Housing Affordability Index for Ontario affordabilty for standard Toronto Condos moved up to 28 per cent of household income.
While condos remain the most affordable option in Toronto they have gained more than 10 per cent over the past year.
Compared to Vancouver, the price and availability of Condos on the Toronto market are still below their price per square foot.

I was just checking some prices today and was comparing the price of a 30 year old Townhouse with that of several new Condos in Toronto.
The prices are lower at many of the Brand New Condos and they offer a lifestyle that is closer to a resort than an apartment. Swimming pools, gyms, golf simulators, bowling alleys and party rooms, just to name a few of the amenities one can enjoy.
Even parking has become a choice as most of the new Toronto Condos are right on the Transit Lines or the residents can walk to work!
No wonder these Condos are catching on!
