Toronto Condos

Here we are at the end of one year and starting a New Year in a few days.
It has been a very interesting 2006 with a lot of new Condo buildings going up in Toronto. I am surprised how fast they are completed and new owners start a brand new community. Earlier this summer I was showing Condos near the Toronto Convention Centre and I was reminded of a Vancouver lifestyle with rollerblading, bicycling, lots of people out for a walk and most important all the people frequenting the shops, restaurants and cafes in the area!
Toronto Real Estate is unique and this year our weather is even more unique with “Vancouver” like weather so far!
