More Canadians are looking to more expensive homes to park their Ferrari’s. The luxury housing market is thriving because of a great economy from the oil and gas sectors and Toronto with its financial headquarters of the country. The hottest is British Columbia with six out of ten priciest homes in Canada listed on forbes.com.
Other reasons supporting this high end market is Baby Boomers inheriting large amounts of money, an economy that keeps chugging along, reasonable interest rates and that one desire for unique high end luxury properties.
