The Spire Condo

The Spire Condo in Toronto is a very attractive building and is most popular with some of my out of town clients, especially clients from Vancouver. I guess its all that glass and the fact that its a very tall building somewhat like one would find in downtown Vancouver.

Christopher Hume, the condo critic gives it a Grade A and I can see why..he also liked another favourite of mine, 18 Yorkville.

The Spire Condo at 33 Lombard St. is ideally located and just around the corner is Yonge and Richmond St. Its difficult to find such a great Condo so close to the Financial Centre, Shopping and Restaurants. St Lawrence Market is just a few steps South and the re-development of King St. East is close by as well.

Prices range from $269,900 for a 1 bedroom (no parking) to $834,900 for a 2 bedroom plus den with 2 parking spaces.
