Toronto Condo sales continue even as records are being made in 2007. This picture taken East of The Residences of College Park, show how really big these College Park Condos are. It is very difficult to take in their impressive size even from street level.
If you click on the thumbnail you can see that from my vantage point, East of Yonge Street, these two Toronto Condo towers overpower Bay Street, just below them. The third Condo tower, Aura, will soon be joining them.
What we have then is a glimpse of future new Toronto Condo sales and also Toronto Condo resales. There is still a very big pent up potential in the this Condo Market. Many, many more new Condo projects are coming on stream and all will continue to influence this Market.
Just perhaps Concord City Place say it best, in advertising their newest Condominium project, Parade. “March, play, join in-Celebrate life.” I think we can extend this idea to the entire Toronto area Condo Sales market..
