• 316 Condo Projects erected in Toronto since 2004
• 2,433 New Condo sales in the first-quarter of 2008

New Toronto Condos averaged $388.00 per square foot compared to $348.00 per square foot last year.

Toronto Real Estate Condo developers are looking at every vacant parking lot and disused industrial space to fill with Condos and eventually see new  Toronto neighbourhoods take place with shops, restaurants and cafes move in.
