San Francisco's Tallest Condo

San Francisco’s Tallest Condo has reduced prices of all Condominiums in the downtown Millenium Tower amid the city’s biggest housing glut since the dot-com crash in 2001.

Interestingly the offer includes all Condos already sold in the 60-storey, 419-unit high rise built in the South Market area.

More than 2,300 Condos came on the San Francisco Market last year and according to city data another 2,200 units have been halted.

The median San Francisco Condo and House price fell 16 per cent to $616,500 in December from a year earlier, the ninth straight decline. Sales in the city fell 18 per cent.
