It was good to hear new listing of Toronto and Area homes were up 13 per cent over the same period last year.
A more balanced resale Real Estate Market would result in less pressure on resale prices.
The average price of a Toronto detached home (416 area) was $776,011, up 3% and the average price of a resale Toronto Condo was $388,215, up 8% from the same time last year.
