Yorkville Condos Approved
Two new Condos will soon appear in Yorkville in a great Toronto location.
The Condominium project is between Yonge and Bay Street with a frontage on both Cumberland and Yorkville Avenue. It doesn’t get much better than that for a prime Yorkville location.
The deal with the city of Toronto is scheduled to be finalized in 2015. No formal application has been submitted yet.
