The Toronto Real Estate results are now in for December and for year end results as well.
Resales of Toronto Homes and Condos were down but some markets in the Toronto area gained in average price.
Surprisingly Toronto Downtown Condos (C01) increased in average price to $429,829, a 4.9 per cent increase year over year. The Toronto Central District (C01) is the largest number of transactions in the City.

- Townhouse average resale price $392,590-up 5.2%
