Low Vacancy rates in Toronto are making it easy for Condo owners to find renters for their investor owned Toronto Condominiums.
The Bank of Canada has repeatedly warned of a high level of investor-owned Toronto Condos and that the demographics simply will not support the vast numbers of new Condo projects.
Young Downtown Condo buyers are wanting (and getting) the Downtown Toronto lifestyle and not spend hours on long commutes and overcrowded Go Trains and Subways.
The Toronto Condo Market will continue to increase in the next few years as most if not all of the Condo projects now under construction in Toronto have been pre-sold and owners are just waiting for completion to move right in.
